Funds help provide support services to low income, elderly residents of Highland Park and Highwood to assist them in maintaining independence in their own homes (regardless of religious affiliation).

Southeast Lake County Faith in Action

Improves access to transportation for older adults who wish to remain independent, via supplemental transportation programs.

Funded since 2010.
